IRA HILL
Rooted in the jazz vocal tradition, while still keeping an eye of freshness that can appeal to the millennial, Ira Hill connects the generations together. Known for his smooth voice and classic jazz style, he emphasizes melody interpretation and rhythmic phrasing, similar to classic jazz vocalists.
Ira's voice has the promise of Jon Hendricks, the panache of Kurt Elling and a fragility of introspection when needed. He has the ability to turn on a dime to a powerful style all his own.
Mentored by notable jazz musicians such as Dennis Rowland and Judy Roberts early in his career, we are happy to have him as part of the Nuance Jazz Group.
BRIDGET MAYNES
Born and raised in Phoenix Arizona, Bridget comes from an extensive musical background and has performed at all the major hotels and resorts in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area as well as venues throughout California and Nevada.
Her singing style is creative and passionate. Bridget’s musical approach is influenced by vocalists, Ella Fitzgerald, Nancy Wilson and Anita O’Day.
Bridget is the founder of the award winning "MayneSwing Vocal Trio" which won the “Best Vocal Group” award for three consecutive years by “Jazz in Arizona”.
